<description>I attended the air show @ Huronia Airport,Midland on Saturday,July 17th. Vintage aircraft are hard to come by these days. I especially enjoyed seeing and hearing the Hurricane as well as the BF 109. I have never seen or heard either flying beast live as I am post World War II and from the 1950&#039;s. The MIG 15 was spectacular along with the other aircraft. I was hoping to see a Lancaster and a Spitfire fly by but save that for next year&#039;s show.

I must also highly commend you highly on honoring/respecting and observing the 70th year of the Battle of Britain/Norway and having on hand Veterans to share their experiences with those of us post WW2 attending.

You know,no where else in North America was there a show of this appreciation held to commemorate the event, not even in the USA...please correct me if I am wrong. That is so sad....not knowing your past History will commit those unwary of same to God forbid repeat it.

Let&#039;s do it again next year.

Many thanks to those few,
Walter
